This setup, APPROVED BY SEVENOAKS TOWN COUNCIL as EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION, leaves me with TWO CHOICES in the winter cold: keep the WINDOW open or the DOOR open. Otherwise, I face COMPLETE ISOLATION. The thick glazing and lack of signal block any communication, leaving me cut off from the outside world. It’s an impossible situation, forced to choose between freezing cold and being completely disconnected.
